Conceived by veteran designer Athula Herath—a pioneer who introduced lifelike figure sculpting to Sri Lanka—the museum will showcase beloved Sri Lankan personalities alongside global icons: Hollywood and Bollywood film stars, legendary singers and musicians, world-renowned scientists, athletes, and other distinguished figures.
The Colombo Wax Museum is scheduled to open to the public in October at Arcade Independence Square, Colombo, positioning itself as a world-class attraction for both local and international visitors.
