Puente de nueve arcos

The Nine Arch Bridge stands proudly as a sign of the design and architectural brilliance of the early 20th century. Ideally placed between the Ella and Demodara railway station, those who want to walk along the Bridge will be performed with rolling hills and dense jungle views to enjoyment in.
The Nine Arch Bridge, likewise known as the ‘Bridge in the Sky’, combined two big hills when building the Badulla – Colombo railway. 

Rawana waterfall

La cascada Rawana es una de las más hermosas de la región montañosa de Sri Lanka. Pertenece a la zona de Ella. Como podrá comprobar, es una atracción turística muy importante.
Kirindi Oya es el origen de las cataratas Rawana. Estas se encuentran a una altitud de 1050 metros sobre el nivel del mar. La cascada tiene una altura de 25 metros (82 pies). Esta magnífica cascada, cubierta de rocas ovaladas y cóncavas, forma parte de la Reserva de Vida Silvestre de las Cataratas Rawana. 

Mini Adam's Peak

Mini Adams peak is the most intimate and most natural hike in Ella. You will get to the entry in around 15 min hike from Ella town unless you can get the bus towards Passara or a tuk-tuk.
If you are beginning from Ella town, go towards the Passara Road, and you will reach the entry at the 3rd milepost just after the Flower Garden Resort to your right with a sharp bend.
Some define it as Punchi Siri Pada, Small Adams Peak, and Little Adams Peak.

Nil Diya Pokuna (blue water pond) and caves

Nil Diya Pokuna y sus cuevas son una adquisición de una cueva subterránea que se supone es parte de la leyenda del rey Ravana, a 100 metros debajo de la superficie.
Lo más destacado del lugar es el estanque subterráneo con agua de color azul brillante que se adentra en la roca. El descenso es un sendero desafiante, que pasa por estrechos pasadizos y acantilados húmedos, así que es recomendable ir acompañado de un guía experto.

Templo de Dova

The Dova Temple gives visitors an insight into the region’s vibrant heritage and is amongst the must-see demonstrations in Ella Sri Lanka. Furthermore known as the Dova Raja Maha Viharaya, this sacred Buddhist site is a 15 to 20-minute drive from Ella and provides a fascinating journey back in time.
Surrounded by the rich green sceneries of Ella, the Dova Temple dates back to the first century B.C, constructed under King Walagamba. The most impressive element here is the towering 38 foot tall Buddha statue; though incomplete, this grand statue carved into the rock has been the test of time and has quietly watched over the site through the centuries.

Ravana Cave

The Ravana Cave has found about 2 km from the city of Ella. It is quite a little cave, covering about 50ft wide, 150ft long and 60ft high. Chronicle says that King Rawana uses the cave to protect Princess Sita.
The cave lies 1,370 m above sea level on the bottom of a cliff and is one of the most popular tourist attractions in Sri Lanka with a historical value.

Artes rupestres prehistóricas de Kurullangala

Kurullangala Prehistoric Cave Arts in Karandagolla, near Ella in the Badulla District. It isn't apparent to approach the top, but once you reach, beautiful cave art structures are placed in such a breath-taking outlook that makes you wonder whether you are in that era at that time. The intricate art that has been done to accuracy consists of generous birds, peacocks, forms of humans and rock art that cannot be identified, and all this is reckoned to be over 5000 years old.
The trek to the summit starts through the bushes, which are reached from the Ella Wellawaya main road. That involves rock climbing. Therefore, please accompany a knowledgeable guide and necessary climbing equipment like ropes and harnesses.

Flying Ravana Adventure park

Flying Ravana is one of the set adventure sites in Sri Lanka, located amidst the green estates of Ella and completed with its pride, Sri Lanka’s first-ever Mega zip-line.
The two-wire zip-line extends for more than half a kilometre, starts at 80kmph and allows a bird’s-eye view of the magnificent hills of the island.
